Why do I have to go through this exercise again???

In 2011 I received calls from attorneys regarding a Nedbank account - when enquiring about it, the address was for someone in Klerksdorp but with my details. Nedbank investigated the matter, confirmed that it is a mistake, instructed the attorneys not to call me again. Then suddenly this afternoon out of the blue I got a call from the attorneys regarding a Nedbank account, . When I emailed the guy which I dealt with prevouisly I just got an email to say I have to open a new complaint. This is a wasting of my time and energy, because the last time it was resolved, now I started to get calls again. Please sort this out, and get your databasis updated.
