How can we NOT help you!!!

I am utterly disgusted FNB. This issue of charges on a theoretical transaction reversed at source is getting better. FNB is charging the original transaction at the buying forex rate, and the reversal at the selling forex rate, R9.85 vs R9.18, for a purely theoretical transaction. Ironically, Pan Pacific, the vendor put the transaction through on my FNB account and my Virgin Money account. I paid using Virgin Money, but had originally authorised on my FNB Card (Pan Pacific's mistake). Virgin Money can charge, and refund the same amount, and add a small charge for processing. BUT the FANTASTIC FNB cannot get to this point, and my link with MY bank cannot fight on my behalf. I think this might be the first day of planning my escape from FNB. It will take years, but this uncaring Big Brother attitude leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Ironic that I completed a survey this very morning singing the praises of such an innovative bank. My mistake.
