Hi There

I would like to report that African Bank consultant are unable to receive and copmrehend information given to them. I had a converstation with one of the consultant requesting them to debit me on the 27th of every month. this is not what happened they continue to debit me on the 25th of every month and when I try and get someone on the line, like a manager or tema leader I get put on hold for hours. I would really appreciate if someone could come bak to me regarding this because you are debiting my account when there is no money causing me unnecesary bank charges.
