So last month Vodacom took money out of my account, I contacted FNB customer service and department, they could not care less about it. I eventually had to fight on my own for a week, to get my own money back.
Last night again Autopage took money out of my account, again I contacted FNB, I mean surely this time the fact that I have been a loyal client for years would mean something. Guess what? not at all, I was send from pillar to post.
Take your accounts elsewhere, its not safe at FNB!
