I called your call center to change my debit order date from the 25th to the last day of the month as I moved to a new company. Now I have to send them a copy of my new payslip. Who gives their new employees payslips the first week? You still have the same account details, I just want the date to be moved! This cannot be so hard can it? Please ask someone with manners to contact me, your call center people obviously work with a collection company mentality, not a customer care perspective.
