I am being bombarded by Creditworx call centre with phone calls and SMS's regarding payment of an outstanding medical account. I have sent them emails and correspondence with respect to this explaining my situation. My correspondence is totally ignored and never once has a written response been received. I have made a payment arrangement but they ignore this completely and the phone calls keep coming. Different operators every time. My view is that the only reason they are doing this is to generate revenue for each call. I am today reporting them to the National Credit Regulator. Does anyone know contact details of senior management/directors? Maybe the only way to solve this is to bombard them with telephone calls at all hours and see how they like it.
