Standard Bank

Hi there I received a call on 06/10/13 from Brenda Mbasa 0112274905 of standard bank. On 24/08/13 I was robbed of my bank credit card at the AMT - MIDRAND POLICE CASE REF 697/8/2013. I called standard bank from my friends cell phone in joburg and reported the card I was advise that the card has been blocked. A few minutes later I received a sms that R1000 has been withdrawn from my account. I laid a police report has well. I have sent standard bank all relevant documentation that was asked of me. Brenda was rude and unethical she advised that I need to send the cell phone the itemised billing that I used, which is confidential because this is a colleagues of mine. I advised Brenda that I will be putting this on hello peter she advised that I should go ahead and do so.standard bank ref 6231305
