The consultant was rude to customers

There was a long que at the self service banking machine one lady was struggling to deposit money she asked lindi shongwe the consultant to help her she refused and said that isn't her job and got rude to her lindi wasn't doing anything here at fnb she was just standing by the door she could have assisted in helping the que move faste
