They do not do what was promised to me

After 3 months now I am still battling with AIG to settle my claim. They have an excuse for everything. I am still not fit for duty but is working as I can not take leave for such a long term.
They asked me for a year statement and at my own cost obtained them from the bank. This whole dispute with them already cost me a lot of money and a lot of inconvenience.
After going through the statement and all the effort to scan and mail it to the now they are not able to see for themselves what is deposits is made into the account and they need me to spend more time in my current condition to underline it for them. The service so far I received from them is of the uttermost lowest quality and I regret signing up with them.
They come with so many demands and excuses to make my life a living.
The account is good enough for them to deduct money from me but now they keep on disputing the account. Now I must go to the bank and ask them to provide me with a letter that states my ID number and my name
. What more excuses are they going to think of to make my life?? What kid of people are working there? Babies??
