On a monthly basis when I transfer money from my overseas account to my Absa account I have to spend about R200 on phone calls trying to know at least when I can expect the funds or when I will receive the funds in my account. Only after the phone call then I will receive the funds in my account. I mean I have to at least speak to about 10 people in the call center of international banking before I am transferred to someone who can help me. This is the second time I am writing a complaint on Hello Peter concerning Absa Bank. This is quite disappointing and frustrating to face such a challenge with a bank that claims to be internationally recognized.
