It's so disappointing to deny something that is available as proof. It was stated clearly on the accident description that the car had swing and faced the opposite direction. i can't safely say the front damage occurred during the swing but is the main possibility for the damage to occur. It looks like the broker wanted me to and say i saw it happen. The accident happens in split seconds and worse it was late. They can't expect me to state or see everything happened. The proof is available to justify my statement (swing and face the opposite direction). I feel disrespected and treated unfairly by the broker.
Going back on the policy cancellation, why there is no feed back on it? This doing is black painting my record as the results will have a negative impact on me. They must respond fully and stop wasting time. Why don't you specify a clause stating exactly the number of claims to do per year on month? I never asked the hail to occur nether the accidents.
I'm failing to understand why my claim was delayed and submitted late to the underwriter. The claim was made from the 27th of August 2013 and the underwriter received it on the 11th of September 2013 (15 days).
