I logged this complaint last week. I've still received no call.
I received a call to notify me that I have been handed over with regard to my loan account. I was left baffled. Why should I be handed over if I have not defaulted at all with reagrd to my arrangement with standard Bank. especially if I'm nearing the end of my loan. I was contacted twice to make settlements which I declined. Is this a ploy for me to rather settle the account immediately. I emailed Adel who I've dealt with regarding the settlement and still no response. I will continue to pay as I've done in the past. Surely Std Bank should have notified me as to why I have been handed over. As far as I know a person gets handed over if they are not making payments. This is utter nonsense. And I refuse to make arrangements with an attorney. I will continue to make the payment as per my arrangement. This cannot be legal. 12:58:43 | Fri 14 Jun 13
