I wanted to withdraw money from my account and balance says .00. Went into bank to check what happened and they told me that money was withdrawn via mobile banking.. I have an affidavit stating that I did not do any mobile banking transactions on my account yesterday except paying @ Shoprite for purchases. How can this happen? How safe is our money.
now I have to wait 30days for an investigation into my account. I want to know why wait so long and how could money be withdraw from an account leaving zero balance?
