Non payment to suppliers after repair work is done

We were instructed to repair a motorcycle that had been in an accident. The assessor signed off the work and invoice and we delivered the vehicle back to the client on 03.09.2013.
We submitted our invoices and were asked for settlement discount then we would be paid in 2 days. We agreed although this meant that we gave away all the money made on our labour. After a week I still had not received payment. When I phoned I was told that Wheels Unlimited was liquidated and that I must phone Constantia insurance as they are the unwritters. I have phoned, left messages, sent emails as per their instruction. I even got the clients broker to phone them and to date I have not heard anything back from anyone at Wheels Unlimited or Constantia Insurance.
As I type this I have been holding the line for 20 minutes and nobody picks up. They are owing our business R40 510.01 which is alot of money for a small shop like ours... Please help!!!
