My son had a car accident mid June 13. We had to have the car written off. It is today 24 July 13 and we still have not had any payout of the claim.
I have signed to date 3 settlement letters with different amounts and was promised faithfully by Beverley Watt that the issue was sorted out and that the payment has been submitted to the bank on 22/07/13. On Monday I phoned to confirm that the issue was sorted out and then Beverley was not at work and dealt with Annelie, who confirmed that the payment was sorted out and submitted to the bank.
Today 24/07/13 I phoned Annelie to find out where the money is because there is still nothing in my bank account and was told that there is a problem with the excess. Now firstly, how the heck could the payment have been submitted on Monday the 22/07 and secondly, where is the communication telling me that there is a further problem?
This is disgusting service from PSG insurance. I am seriously going to consider to move my insurance to another broker.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!
