Refusal to clear my record

I requested to go under debt review and after two years and over R8000 lawyers Fees the case did still not go to court, I then withdrew and started paying my accounts directly. I paid off my Gold card in record time and also paid off my personal loan. If under the review process no acconts should be handed over to legal but this is what fnb did with my personal loan. I have now settled everything that is owed to FNB but my record is not being cleared. FNB also refuses to give me ebucks which does not make sense to me as I am a platinum cheques holder, I pay the same service fees as every other customer but I am being discriminated against. We have sent clearance certificates on numerous occasions but we still do not get any feedback or acknowledgement. I want my name cleared ..I have met my obligations to you it is only fair you treat me with the same respect.
