I had 2 accounts in 2005 a credit card and personal loan. I had to resign and made arrangements with standard bank to pay off the 2 accounts, and they said they would stop the interest and legal fees. So I paid they for 7 years. In 2012 I got a call from NDS to inform me that the account was handed over to them and what I still owed. I almost had a heart attack when they said what I owed. It was still the same amount I started with 7 years ago. I have emailed, complained to everybody I could but to date no one has come back to me. Please can someone just tell me what is going on because I have paid more to date than what I owed and I am tiered of paying.
