First National Bank
No reply on my email sent on 1 October 2013

I received an error on an online application for a share investor account. I emailed the share investment department on 1 October 2013 and got a automated response that they would reply within 48 hours. So far I have not recieved any reply at all. I also phoned the number that is supplied on the error message and they informed me that it was the wrong department.
