Absa accidently takes R469 off my account

I asked to change the date of my debit order to the first of every month. August 26th and September 1st money is taken out of my account for the same debit order.
I go to them the day after the 1st and they said it was their mistake and that they will request a reversal. They said they will get back to me in 2 days, which they didnt. I went there myself and the girl that helped me was on leave, and nobody else could help me except for another girl trying to get hold of the first girl that helped me. She phoned me twice after that saying she is still trying to find out what happened. She never called again and when i called she was also on leave now and there was a new girl on the desk which said she would try to find out, she called twice and never again. I went in again and spoke to the manager which said she cant do anything she will have to phone on monday. So lets see if she does anything. Because it has been more than a month now and i still dont have my money back.
