What is it with you people? your consultant phones me asking me all these stupid questions, next of kin, phone numbers and more rubbish, I have been paying you the 'demanded' amount set by your clever lawyers, R50PM on each account, now your consultants are trying to get more out of me, I dont like there attitude, they are rude and disrespectful, who do you people think you are, I still have the recorded conversation between your smart lawyer and me. I have been paying the amount asked for, if you dont like it just say so. AND IMPROVE YOUR STAFF COMMUNICATION WITH THE PUBLIC, IT STINKS!!!
