No feedback despite several requests

Despite several requests sent to Erika from Sanlam Trust to provide an update regarding the finalisation of an estate we still await feedback. Requests to settle accounts are also done in arrears incurring penalties in the form of interest. Whilst we appreciate that the masters office determines its own pace the courtesy of a response, considering the fee being charged, should be mandatory. We don't even receive acknowledgement that mails have been received.
