Shocking customer service and assistance

I heard nothing and received no copy of my contract for a month after signing so was not given an opportunity to review what I had agreed to in a quick meeting which did not allow the space or the comfort to read through and internalise everything that I was signing. Only once my bank account had been debited and I had emailed through the website did I get a response requesting information, still without a copy of my contract. Based on that fact, I felt very uncomfortable continuing to work through tax relax and requested cancellation of the half the work I had requested. It still took 2 weeks to get a copy of the contract in addition to being charged RIDICULOUS amounts of money for absolutely no work having been done (aside from the debit order being set up and a single email sent). The invoice did not take into account what had been debited off my account so had I not queried it, I doubt there would have been a refund. I feel absolutely robbed and misled and would definitely NOT recommend to anyone else wanting to do their tax, especially not a very straight forward tax return! I am honestly so disappointed and frustrated!
