The court order to remove a judgement from my name was send to Transunion on 30 August 2013.
I waited 20 days for them to investigate. After the 20 days I have been on the phone for them for the past week everyday 3 to 4 times and no one can tell me what is happening.
Every time you call the call centre all they say the matter have been escalated to higher level but they have now for the past week not receive any feedback from this department.
I am past the point of frustration.
Can someone please tell me what is going on???
