Incompetent staff at Tranunion

After removing my judgement from my credit profile I got an email today 14/10/2013 that my judgement have been reinstated... what???
I read the mail that was forwarded to me from Nedbank to Tranunion claiming that the debt was not settled.
I opened the attachment and guess what, it was one of my other accounts with Nedbank that was not even in dispute.
Patience Dlamini / Lesley-Ann Willett handled this qry and did not even bother to verify that the information received from Nedbank was indeed correct.
What more can I say but the two of them can clearly not read or do their job right. Go back to the email you to and read it again. My personal loan has got nothing to do with my judgement!!!

Rectify the problem and remove my judgement as there is a court order on your system that it have been rescinded!
