I had an atm dispute of R3000.00 on wednesday the 25th September 2013. I called the call centre, they sent me a dispute form which I filled in and sent back on the 26th, I was told it would take 5 days for me to be contacted and that did not happen, now that I am calling them and asking for feedback I have been transfered to 8 different departments who all dont have a clue what I am speaking about. I do not know what to do anymore, I am so dissapointed in FNB! Worst service ever! You people may put on a song and dance of how innovative and great you are but my situation right now proves otherwise, you are also a beep bank!!!
