Sending be sms for a loan account i dont have

Good day
i keep getting this annoying SMS below.

"The debit order to repay your FNB loan of R326.41 was unpaid on 2013-10-03.Your bank acc has already been charged penalty fees. Call 0875750091 for help."

I previously got it and complained i was called and assured that it was an error and would not happen again. this is not my loan account i have 1 loan account which is being paid on a monthly basis with no default.

please remove this from my name. IT IS NOT MINE...
