FNB Poor systems!!!

Good day

i have received an SMS this morning as per below:

"The debit order to repay your FNB loan of R2208.24 was unpaid on 2014-01-02.Your bank acc has already been charged penalty fees. Call 0875750091 for help."

This is now the second time i am receiving this SMS yet i have no loans with FNB, this is now reflecting bad on ITC as it looks as i am a bad payer!

The first time i received this SMS i called the number that was stated in the SMS only to be told is was sent in error!

FNB go on and on and on about their "STEVE" adverts and how they are the best bank in the country yet they cannot service their EXISTING clients properly!

Please get your systems sorted or i will be moving banks!!!
