I was recently approved for a Motor vehicle finance by ABSA in buying a car from PINNACLE CARS in RANDBURG, however the collection of the vehicle was to be the past Saturday. A Timothy called me from ABSA I-Direct on a Friday to offer me insurance which I accepted then subsequently cancelled later on the same Friday afternoon due to poor services of not forwarding me confirmation for the releasing of car the following day (Saturday), he never even forwarded the confirmation to dealer. Upon arriving at the dealer I had to arrange with another Insurance for the collection. I have forever been trying to contact them/him from Monday to date to cancel due to not keeping to their promise, today I spoke to Tshepo Mkhize he told me "WE WILL GET TIMOTHY TO CONTACT YOU" Debit orders went through last night from my acc.by them which I have since reversed with my bank.
I am even thinking of cancelling this finance thing due to their representatives in offering such poor service/s. Could my policy please be cancelled and refunding me for the R35 bank charges of the STOP ORDER.
