Hopeless in confirming employment

I have made an application on 30 September 2013. to date it has not been approved because the cannot get hold of my HR department. They phone once and then they put your application back in the queue. They can at least leave a message or dial the number 3 times. I am so disappointed in their service. Worst Service Eve
