What is going on?

I applied for a loan with African bank and everything seemed to be going great, I qualified and was approved.
They were having issues with confirming employment due to our company name not having changed due to limitations on Pastel and when we are able to change the name on our payslips.

I have provided a letter from the CEO of the company confirming my employment. I have told them we are available to call, however they maintain that after 11 calls they have not reached us, I see the phone calls that come through in a day and none have been unanswered.

Now the application has gone through to their head office with no ETA on when this will be processed or what I can do from my side to expediate the situation. I am trying to purchase a motorcycle and now the seller is getting cold feet because they think I am wasting their time. Come on African Bank, I realise this is not a consultant issue, everyone at St George's Mall Branch has been very very helpful.

All I want to know is what they need to make this happen. I am at your disposal.

Please get back to me. I would like to have some transport in my life, and I have spent enough of my airtime following up.
