Dear Sir/Madam,
After being listed on ITC for no apparent reason AND no fromal communication what so ever, I now find out that my account has been sent through to collections. If I had not called them today (03 October 2013) and asked them why my debit order had not gone through I would have not realized this.
No one has informed me nor even communicated that I now need to arrange a payment method with collections. Now I have to find out a means of paying the account.
Really now.
