My mother an elderly lady of 85 went to Nedbank at the Mall@Reds to withdraw 3 months' statement on her account. Phinia helped her in such a friendly and pleasant manner. She offered my mother a seat whilst she did all this. She was even prepared to fax the bank statements to the institution who required the documents. She really went that extra mile to assist an elderly person and to make her banking experience pleasant.
