After seeing what my friends have gone through for insurance claims for cars, I expected a nightmare of bureaucracy and endless complications, and I was prepared. But that is not what I got. 1st for Women, more specifically Rodney Palm made what could have been a terrible nightmare a pain-free experience. A hired car was arranged within half an hour of lodging my claim, a visit by Rodney the next working day, consistent updates of how far along the process was, clear instructions on what paperwork I needed and speedy processing and most importantly just all round friendliness. Thanks 1st for Women and Rodney, I don't see me changing my insurance provider ever.
