Last week 15 Nov I posted a complaint about the debit order of R49 from some Dynamix which I've never heard of. When I queried this with my so called bank I was given details of Mr Chetty which doesnt work. FNB won't provide you with the e-mail address for this guy which has now become your responsibility to track down. My question is this isn't the first complain against the bank, why FNB is authorizing this payment if there are complaints about it otherwise if someone internally is working with this Dynamix defrauding us.
To all of you my friends, take a look into your bank today and view if your money is safe. How much do you think this Dynamix have made out of this R49 debited to different accounts and why BANKS are keeping quite about it and not sending any notification to its customers as they claim. They refuse to reverse the amount.
If you are still banking with FNB and this hasn't happened to you, be warned it will and they will not do a thing to help you, I am going to post this to social media so that all my friends can be warned and look for a bank that cares about its customers and not their money.
