I have been battling with various of your consultants and supervisors in rectifiyng and correcting my insurance since October 2012 when I changed my banking details. I have waisted more than 35 calls and over R500 on airtime to try and sort out my insurance. All the agents keeps promising to call back and THAT NEVER happened, and once again I have to call and wait and wait and then gets told that someone will phone me back.
At last I ended up with THABANG. What a brilliant gentleman. From the word go in January he kept his promisses by returning my calls and giving me valid feedback on my insurance. If he promised to phone at 10H00, believe me, it happened even if it was 5 minutes late, he would phone. I never had any better service from any one of your consultants as I have been receiving from THABANG. I would recommend anybody to speak with him or even new clients will be referred to him, as he really is a man of his word. I truly and sincerely hope that this man will get an outstanding achievement award for the service he renders for your company as a consultant. Thank you THABANG, you really are the BEST!!!
