On the 11th of January I settled my Capfin Loan Account to the amount of R4 613, after which I sent the proof of payment to Client Services. I received an sms stating that they have received the money. My bank account was then debited with the amount of R1 200 I spoke to the call center every day from the 14th of January till the 18th on which they told me I would be refunded. I requested a Reloan from Capfin as the consultant assured me that the refund will be in my account the next morning.
This is unacceptable i would like the amount refunded to my account before the end of today as I have no other funds available and I have a family to feed.
