I really thought i could make a loan at finchoice. I got this this email to say i need to activate my GoldCard cause my homechoice account was in a excellent condition then i phoned in to activate it and the lady told me that there was a pending loan a quick advance so i was told to fax bank statements i faxed the bank statements on the 25 September 2013 they told me they got it and that they were busy with the account i kept phoning cause they never phoned me back and Monday 30 september 2013 i was told that someone manually canceled my loan and that i have to fax a copy of my id i did that and when they activated my Goldcard for the long term loan they told me its not for self employed customers in the first place why do they send me a GoldCard if they see im self employed and now they quiet no calls responding about my loan whats the use i faxed bank statements and copy of my id how poor service and a waste of time...
