Just before Christmas our geyser burst, three hours before we were to leave for our holidays and Mr. Kitchen went the extra mile to help us sorting the issue out, approving our plumber to do the repairs and within no time the refund was on our bank account. Today another incident with a broken pipe causing a major flood in our house and quite a lot of damage; again, I sent a mail to Mr. Kitchen and with lighting speed did I receive the claim form, detailed information what is covered by which insurance and I have no doubt that our claim is going to be handled as efficiently as the last time once we have handed it in!
