Status Not Updated On Credit Bureau

I had a personal loan with Fix Finance at Germiston and I settled it long time ago through their lawyers. My concern is that they listed my name at the credit bureau. I went to them and they gave me the numbers of their lawyers to discuss this matter with them. Only to find that they are not the lawyers that issued me the proof of payment and they always say they'll call me back. I then tried to call the one (Parsons Attorneys) who issued me the paid up letter but the phone rang without being answered

Please help me I need my name clean
