Unfair banking charges

On the 1 October 2013 I rembered that there is a transaction going off my account. I transferred money around 02;01 AM and received an sms at 10:17 AM confirming that my bond payment went through and the balance was R393. Later in the day, I went on the internet and found that an adjustment was made that resulted in my account having R2458 with payment for the bond reversed because of insufficient funds. I have notified the FNB official who contacted me that their business practice is unfair given that their competition, Nedbank, has a facility that notifies customer of shortages in the account. I have more than 7 accounts with FNB and would not like to move them for this kind of excessive profiteering.
