I feel disgusted, stripped and humiliated with the service from MFC, on the 12th September I complained about the same service hardly a month. How is MFC monitoring their complaints, clearly after they deal with your complain they throw it away. Yesterday morning I got a call from MFC call center agent telling me that my account is outstanding for the month. I explained to the agent that I made an EFT the previous day and he explained to me that normally eft's take 2 to 3 days but he will note it on the system. Today am in Kimberley trying to book for an accommodation and my card declines. I rushed to the bank looking at the time as it was 15h30 and at the bank I was told MFC had debited an amount that equals to my installment. Asking the bank to reverse it they told me it will take 3 to 4days to clear it, in my account as am using Nedbank, but I have to call MFC to do the reversal and it will be done. Phoned the call center and spoke to a lousy incompetent lady by the name of Jacoline. She told me to email or fax my banking details as they are not in the system and I must wait for 2 to 3 day, to clear it. I asked her to call her supervisor to no luck. What do I do now. Any advises
