I called for the first time on Thursday/Friday last week to find out if it would be possible to get refinance on my current loan - which I pay on a monthly basis ever so loyal. I was advised that there is an error on my account and that they would be in contact with me. I called again on saturday, twice yesterday, requested 2 call backs from the internet and again this morning with still no feedback???
I'm sorry but this is not the way I'm used to being treated - especially taking that I am a client that pays my loans/debt on a montly basis ever so religiously
