My husband had an accident with-our vehicle on 26 Aug 2013. He phoned Auto and General on 27 Aug 2013, they asked us to take the vehicle to a place in Bloemfontein to evaluate the vehile on 29 Aug 2013. They phoned him back and said that the vehicle will be written off and he must get the final amount at the bank, which he given to him. Then an assessor went out and said they can fix the car for R 43000, 00 but the panel beater cannot give a guarantee that there wount be any wind or rain coming in after fixing. My husband asked them to fix the top in full as he cannot get a guarantee since then nobody came back to him to say what they going to do and when he phone they said the assessor will phone him back it is more than a month with still no answer.
