Almost 3 months ago, i effectively cancelled my old mututal policy and was paid out in full, the following month no debit order was dedudcted from my account as is normal due to a CANCELLED policy. now this month, old mututal has seen it fit to debot my account again, did someone not send out the memo? once a policy is cancelkled it is cancelled, there really is no ambiguity in that matter so I'm not too sure what is your problem. Now i must waste time and effort trying to resolve an issue that really shouldnt even exist.
