Left stranded 700km from my home (BAD SERVICE)

On 29/09/2013 at 13h00 I had a breakdown in Kuruman coming from the Kalahari from a wedding. My wife, mother and 2 children were with me. The vehicles prop chaft coupling and center barring broke. I called MotorMend call center and after 11 calls they helped me with accommodation as all the repair dealers was closed, Sunday. We waited in the street until the booking was confirmed at 17h00 and we went to hotel El Rado.
On the 30/09/2013 I called the claims department and they gave me RMI dealers in the Kuruman area that must fix my car, but none of them could. So I took the stand and found out by the locals who is the expert in the town was, RMP Motors. I took my car there driving 20kmh and they strip and the car where they found out that the center barring must be ordered from Upington - 300km from Kuruman. MotoMend authorized the center barring but not the coupling. I bought it for R750 and also paid the 2nd accommodation at the hotel as they will not cover this, which amounted to R1 050, 00. My mother and family had to wait in the hot sun with me until the car was completed. My car was completed on the 01/10/2013 at 13h30. This left a real bad taste in my mouth.
