I need to cancel my "approved" loan application with Bridge via DebtLab. Nobody knows when it will be paid out, if ever. Talita and Barbara from Bridge at least had the decency to explain their process - which unfortunately is not good enough. Steve at DebtLab needs to find himself another job where he doesn't have to deal with clients, his arrogance and argumentative approach sticks to high heaven. I had to be rescued by a gentleman by the name of Brad, who was very helpful and accomodating. I've further sent a tweet to the CEO of Bridge Mr Emile Aldum - he needs to stop the rot. Next stop NCR - surely they need to be aware of how these companies operate. Rant over!
