According to the consumer act bluebean must supply me with a statement of my account, but now, according to Nthombi at your call centre you cant send emails to yahoo email adresses??? Then you should make a plan please,
PS still on hold to speak to her supervisor now for more than 10min... what a way to treat your customers??
Can you believe it?? a bank that cant send statements??? FNB & Nedbank send it to the same adress every month!!!
