Blacklisting due to a ghost account

I ran an ITC report on myself, only to find Bluebean listed me having two accounts with them. One of which has a default. On the one hand, the April statement showings the account has no due payments. On the other hand, I've defaulted.

Upon following up with them, I was told the second account is an account left active after it was suppose to have been cancelled when my account was found to have been duplicated. At the time of their findings, I visited the nearest Standard Bank branch with the card to cancel & verify myself, and they subsequently reissued a new card.

They never send any statements relating to the duplicate account or send letters of demand prior to the blacklisting. Now it's going to take sometime before my name is cleared after being wrongfully blacklisted.
