My Ucount card was supplied in june 2013.
The glue with which it was attached to the intro letter, took away some printed digits identifying the card when card was freed from the paper.
The result is that without the full number we couldnt register the card and therefore requested another card to be sent!
Today after SEVEN phone calls and 6 different ref numbers over a period of 4 months!!!
we still have not received that replacement card!
We even went to see the manager of Standard bank SOMERSET Mall on the 17/09 to lodge a complaint about this kind of service and even though we were ensured that it will be fixed immediately ...!!!
Today the first day of october 2013 we still have not received an answer or replacement card???
Is this what " U COUNT " stands for with Standard bank??
It is a total disgrace and Standard Bank adverts should be taken to the media and the Advertising Council for MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT!!!
