On the 14 September I purchased goods at Singers in Rustenburg their number is 0145921231 which cost me R3299.00 only for the transaction to be debited twice on my account I have communicated with Singers and Nedbank. Singers only received one payment whilst I was debited twice for the same amount. After several phone calls to Nedbank it was discovered that the problem was internal. To date the issue has not been resolved. I am very disappointed
